Physiotherapist · Health & longevity coach
Mehrnoush Roudaki has guided people towards health for almost two decades: from 2007 to 2015 at her own centre in Frankfurt am Main, and since then in courses and consultations around the world. As a state-certified physiotherapist she works with how you move, eat, rest and think. She does not treat these as separate problems. She sees them as expressions of who you are being.

The approach
An ontological approach
Ontology, from the Greek ontos (being) and logos (study), is the study of being. An ontological approach first asks who you are being in your life, and only then asks what you should do. How you see yourself and the world decides what feels possible. That shapes your actions, and your actions shape your results.
That is why Mehrnoush does not stop at exercises and meal plans. Lasting change comes when the person changes, not just the routine. She works with three domains of being that are always connected:
ὄντος · λόγοςontos · logos
Body
Posture, breath and movement show how we stand in life. Her physiotherapy background makes this domain precise and practical.
Language
The stories we tell about ourselves (“I'm just not sporty”, “I never have time”) quietly set our limits. New words open up new actions.
Emotion
Moods such as resignation, anxiety or ambition colour everything we do. Noticing them gives you back the freedom to choose.
Her story
From Shiraz to the world
Mehrnoush was born in 1981 in Shiraz, Iran. In the mid-1980s, during the war, her family left Iran and began a new life in Germany. That experience of loss and new beginnings made her unusually sensitive to pain, both physical and emotional, and shaped her wish to help others heal.
She trained as a physiotherapist and, from 2007 to 2015, ran her medical-aesthetic centre in Frankfurt am Main, where many of her clients were busy professionals from the banking district. In the same years she led the physiotherapy and life-renewal programme “Auszeit” at Nordzucker AG and took Landmark courses internationally, where she found the ontological work that now sits at the heart of her approach.
In 2014 she co-founded Love, Money & Success with Charles Biderman, and in 2015 she founded Ava Care for holistic health. Today she divides her time between Turkey, Germany and Hawaii with her daughter Ava, and has taught in Germany, Turkey, Iran, Bulgaria, the Maldives, Hawaii and beyond.
