Love, Money & Success: what LMS is and how it works
The transformational course Mehrnoush Roudaki co-founded in 2014: its origins, its core idea of presence, what it covers and how it is run.

Be present and enjoy love, money & success. That is the promise of Love, Money & Success (LMS), the transformational course Mehrnoush Roudaki has led since 2014. Here is what we found about where it comes from, what it teaches, how it is run, and why it connects so naturally to her ontological approach to health.
Origins
LMS was created with Charles Biderman, a Harvard Business School MBA who founded an independent financial research firm and spent more than twenty years as a guest commentator in the financial media. By his own account he built a multi-million-dollar net worth three times and lost it twice. Those swings, in money and in love, became the raw material of the course: what actually creates wealth, relationships and satisfaction, and what quietly sabotages them.
Mehrnoush met this work through the ontological, Landmark-style education she pursued from 2007 to 2015. In 2014 she co-founded Love, Money & Success with Charles and became its executive director, international course leader and trainer for facilitator certification. Charles also wrote a companion book, Love, Money & Success.
The core idea: presence first
Her starting point is clear:
To cultivate a powerful state of awareness, have more love, gain money and a life filled with success, one must first train the mind to become present to the current moment.
Most of our thinking and reactions are driven by the past: old failures, old hurts, old identities. LMS teaches how to notice that and reset the way you think and respond. In the course's own words, what stops many of us from authentic action is:
- the resistance to clean up failures from the past
- the disempowering conversations we entertain in our mind
- the tendency not to forgive, even when it is essential
- the tendency to hold on to a past identity
This is the same ontological insight behind her health work: change the observer and the actions follow.
What the course covers
The programme moves from the inner life to the outer one:
- Introductory course: a first taste of the method and the foundation for everything that follows.
- Love & Relationships: from your relationship with yourself to your primary relationships. Healing the past, learning to forgive, and learning to truly listen. Most people listen mainly to prepare what they will say next. Real listening, the course says, is a golden key to more love.
- Money & Wealth: overcoming the belief that you are not worthy of having more, and working with concrete strategies for generating income and financial stability.
- Economy & Marketplace: how markets and the economy move, and how to act wisely through their ups and downs. This part draws on Charles's financial background.
- Success & Satisfaction: satisfaction comes from doing what you love in a successful way. The aim is to make that a lasting reality, not a passing peak.
Along the way, participants work with four keys: tune into who you are; discover what you really love; learn to be responsible for being YOU; and develop a sharp discernment for what is working and what is not.
How it is run
LMS has been offered in several formats:
- weekly online group courses and private online courses on Zoom
- a monthly online mentoring group to share experiences and get guidance
- one-on-one mentoring at your own pace
- in-person empowerment workshops and retreats, including one- to four-week retreats in Hawi on the Big Island of Hawaii
- a two-year training for people who want to become certified facilitators themselves
Mehrnoush has led courses and events in Bulgaria and Hawaii (2015), the Maldives (2016–2019), Germany (2017–2018, including a "presence" evening in Berlin), Iran and Turkey (2018) and Istanbul (2019), and her students come from Germany, France, Turkey, the United States, Greece, Australia, Iran, Portugal, Russia and beyond.
On television
In September 2022 Mehrnoush was featured with Love, Money & Success on TV8 INT's "Business Time". The programme aired on Sunday 4 September 2022 at 14:00 (Turkish time), with a repeat in the night of 9 to 10 September.
What participants say
From testimonials published on her website:
"I started making more money immediately AND within a few days after completing the course I found love!" (Carmen)
"Mehrnoush is a great instructor and delivered the course with tremendous clarity. I gained great skills for earning more money, which has worked very well for me." (participant in Mallorca)
"It changed my life for the better incredibly fast." (Katrin and Sabrina)
These are personal experiences. Results differ from person to person, and LMS is personal development, not therapy or financial advice.
How LMS and the golden-ratio method fit together
The golden-ratio method looks for the proportion that is truly yours, a golden ratio between body and mind. LMS brings the same idea to love, money and success. Both start from presence, both work on who you are being rather than only on what you do, and both treat a healthy body, loving relationships and meaningful work as parts of one life, not separate projects.
